Leading with the changing behaviour of our
customers
The way our customers shop has changed across all regions
with now 30% of shoppers ordering online with 47% of these
coming to us via a social media platform. This high revenue
growth area via our own site or co-selling arrangements
needs its own focus on sustainability. Green friendly delivery
slots and the move towards electric vehicles is two of the
many goals we are setting out for completion by 2030.

We want to make our planet proud. Avikro recognises the
potential environmental, social and economic impacts of a
changing climate and greenhouse gas emission regulatory
frameworks. We are committed to establishing and
implementing a comprehensive emissions strategy to mitigate
potential risks and capture opportunities associated with
these unknowns.
